In short
- We collect only what a form needs — your name, email, phone, and enquiry — nothing more, and never your bank or demat details.
- We never sell your data, hand it to AMCs for their own marketing, or run advertising/retargeting cookies.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — write to support@accruefinvisor.com.

Personal data we collect
Through our website forms: your name, email address, phone number, city or country, and an optional message describing your enquiry.
Through website analytics: UTM parameters, referrer URL, landing page, pages visited, time on page, and device type — stored as session-level browser data that is automatically cleared when you close the tab, and attached to form submissions so we can understand how visitors find and navigate the site.
We do not collect sensitive financial information such as bank account details, card numbers, passwords, Aadhaar numbers, PAN, or demat account numbers through this website.
If you become a client, additional personal data may be collected as part of regulatory KYC requirements, processed under separate client agreements and applicable regulations.
Purpose and lawful basis
We process personal data to:
- Respond to your enquiry, typically within 2 working days
- Send you Compass, our periodic market briefing, if you subscribe
- Understand how visitors navigate the site and improve the experience
- Comply with regulatory record-keeping obligations
We process data based on your consent and, for existing clients, our legal and regulatory obligations.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
- We do not share your contact details with asset management companies, fund houses, or product manufacturers for their independent marketing purposes.
- We do not place advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site trackers on this website.
- We do not use your data for automated investment decision-making or algorithmic profiling.
Data sharing
We use enterprise-grade cloud services for data storage, email delivery, and website hosting. These service providers process data on our behalf and are not authorised to use it independently.
We may share data with regulatory authorities (SEBI, AMFI, BSE) when required by law. We do not share personal data with any other third party unless compelled by a court order or statutory requirement.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored using enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encryption. The website uses HTTPS for all data transmission. We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as required under applicable law. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for the duration of any client relationship, plus eight years thereafter, consistent with SEBI and AMFI record-keeping requirements. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Website session analytics data is cleared when your browsing session ends.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to regulatory retention periods). You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to support@accruefinvisor.com.

Grievance redressal
Grievances will be acknowledged within 2 working days and resolved within 30 days.
If your grievance is not satisfactorily resolved, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted and operational.
