About this agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is published by Accrue Finvisor LLP (“Accrue”, “we”, “us”), an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 162637), in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website at accrue.co.in (“Website”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.
Eligibility
This Website is intended for residents of India and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. If you are a minor, you may only use this Website under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using this Website, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
About Accrue
Accrue is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor. Accrue is also registered with APMI as a PMS distributor (APRN 02629) and is a BSE member (code 33884). Accrue distributes investment products and earns distribution commissions from product manufacturers.

Indemnification

Force majeure
Accrue shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, regulatory changes, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, power outages, or labour disputes.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
