About this agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is published by Accrue Finvisor LLP (“Accrue”, “we”, “us”), an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 162637), in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website at accrue.co.in (“Website”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

Eligibility

This Website is intended for residents of India and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. If you are a minor, you may only use this Website under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. About Accrue

Accrue is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor. Accrue is also registered with APMI as a PMS distributor (APRN 02629) and is a BSE member (code 33884). Accrue distributes investment products and earns distribution commissions from product manufacturers.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
